I graduated from the University of Birmingham with a MSc in Physiotherapy and Staffordshire University with a BSc (hons) in sport and exercise therapy. During my career I have worked clinically as a Physiotherapist within the NHS, professional football and with mixed martial arts athletes.
I have a clinical interest in the assessment and treatment of hip injuries, along with knee, shoulder and tendon pain.
I also have a passion for injury reduction strategies and sport biomechanics; I am a part-time lecturer and researcher as part of the Biomechanics team at Staffordshire University utilising the state-of-the-art laboratories.
